another theory of mine for yttd !!!
          at the start of the game after the scene with shin we can see strong arms going behind sara but we didn’t who was it but after chapter 3 we can see that those arms are keiji’s so maybe keiji kidnap sara ? (maybe he lied about investigation a case at the start of the game i mean he’s an ex-detective how could he be at a crime scene?)

i just looked at rio ranger and kageyama sprites next to each other and they have the same shoes (i think) soooo ranmaru is indeed dead...
