I completely understand why you're asking that, and I don't think you're wrong for wanting to keep your promise. If I were in your position, I'd probably ask the same question.The truth is, I've been searching for this story since 2021. I wasn't just casually looking for it. I messaged almost every follower I could find, asking, requesting, and sometimes even begging if they had a copy or knew someone who did. Most people never replied, and the ones who did couldn't help.The funny thing is, I'm the kind of person who can't stick with the same thing for more than a week before moving on. But this story is the one exception. I've spent five years looking for it without even knowing if I'd ever find it. That's how much it means to me.I know saying "trust me" isn't enough because trust isn't built with words. All I can do is give you my honest promise that I won't share it with anyone else. I don't want to upload it or pass it around. I just want to finally read the story I've been searching for all these years.If you still feel your promise means you can't share it, I'll respect that completely. But if you feel you can trust me, I'd be incredibly grateful. After searching for five years, this is the closest I've ever come to finding it.

@shinychimmy I asked her, but she didn’t even respond. I guess I will just go back to telling myself that the book is gone. I really tried. I reached out to everyone connected to it. Some people said they have it but refuse to share. Some said they don’t have it. Others told me they searched for it too and eventually gave up.
            Back then, I used to think they were foolish for giving up so quickly. I felt proud that I kept searching for more than five years. But now I feel like I became that same person.
            I got so close, yet still couldn’t get it. There is no point in asking anymore. I even found someone who was as desperate as me and actually got the book, but still cannot share it. So I don’t think anyone else can really understand this.
            I am sorry if this sounds like a sob story. I just wanted to say that I really did try. But now I feel numb. I even wish I had never found out about this book in the first place.
