super late update:
          after around 35 - 40 min my Mom came and unlocked the door!

so I was in my basement to go get something  but pricks for little siblings decided it would be funny to lock me in the basement  so now I'm stuck with no means to get out unless someone decides to listen to me and open the dammed door, but I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon . I'll update either in 10 minutes of if I get out
