i need some good urban books to read  any suggestions

i seem to complain a lot but why do y’all introduce your characters with mental illnesses and as the story goes on y’all completely disregard them…. like honestly not everyone has a mental illness and that’s ok, and every main character doesn’t need one either. 

one person i truly dislike is ari fletcher and if she’s a face claim in your book i won’t read it

I have a question and don’t fight because I know how you girls like to tussle… but why does almost every urban book start off with a girl being begged to go to a party… and then she ALWAYS gives in..?
          like can we be original.. or can we have an urban book where people actually have a normal family dynamic and have hard working parents that aren’t overbearing .. just a question
