He knew what she was doing, trying to scare him off. Unfortunately for Kate, he wasn't so easy to scare off.

You cannot deny they share both love and infatuation and it has been centuries since they found each other. * she was being the rational one here, simply because she knew her sister didn't want to be. Or couldn't accept the answer that was right in front of her. Garrett would have done anything for Kate, and while her sister may have been in denial, Tanya could see it, clear as day *

@hellsglory ⠀⠀⠀⠀ oh, i wouldn’t even call it love. you just said he’s infatuated with me, now it’s love? no, there’s no such thing. it cannot be both, sister. you cannot love someone and be infatuated with them. that’s not a thing, it is impossible.   [ now she was just talking out of her ass because she couldn’t accept the fact that someone would ever (romantically) love her for who she is and not just what she was capable of. ]

@hellsglory I honestly don't think his will be, Kate. The way he looks at you... you may not see it but I can. He adores the very ground you walk on. That kind of love only finds you once.
