i started going to therapy
which is very good because i've been feeling like shit for a long time
but unpacking trauma isn't exactly... fun
i've felt for a while that i'm pretty open about my struggles with mental illness
but there are topics that i avoid completely
and those are the ones i really need to talk about
i feel like i'm oversharing and no one cares but this might also be #relatable
