HAPPY NEW YEAR. i’ve opened a writing account on instagram (inknives) and on tumblr (inknife) if anyone is interested in following my work from there. i can’t promise i will ever come back to this account but i’ll be posting my own poetry, prose, journal excerpts, wip excerpts on these accounts so if you’ve ever really liked my writing and want to see more of it, you can drop me a follow :) i hope you have a nice year thanks for all your support on my writing as always this place and all the people i’ve interacted with here have made it possible for me to see writing as something worth pursuing 

hello how are you guys

I hope that you never stop writing. That you continue to write forever because you are an amazing, wonderful writer. I just read one of your fix and I loved it. It was beautiful, vivid. I hope you pursue writing because you are amazing at it. Even if it's not a career for you. I hope you still do it just to know that you are a good writer. I just wanted to say how much I loved your work. It was amazing to me and I hope you continue writing wherever 

fave voltron episode was the one where keith and james explored each other’s bodies I MEAN WHO SAID THAT

one of the most frustrating things about being a writer is people expecting your characters to serve as their own self-inserts. like i love an interactive interface + reading experience & how content is free to be interpreted when it has been made available to the public but sometimes people are so unnecessarily aggressive and critical of the way you write your own characters like maybe go read an x reader? or like.. be patient. i know you guys want everything spelled out for you but sometimes writers have their own intentions and agenda within their story that do not have to respond to your frustrations and expectations god bless! and have some shame. especially if you’re able to read someone’s writing for free. we need to find some balance between letting people have fun and also being respectful to each other. 

growing up is realising neither teresa nor brenda were terrible / conniving / bad people. james dashner clearly hated women and a lot of other male authors who write novels likely put women in antagonistic roles as a reflection of their own failures in their relationships / misogynistic grudges just to torture their female characters for catharsis. sorry you had to find out this way, so put that secondhand misogynistic perspective down and make the women kiss each other instead of fighting over a loser boy ❤️ honestly i don’t understand people who can’t experience anything without having a man involved somehow it sounds like a nightmare.

it’s 2024 i hope keith kogane marries a woman so that it ruins the voltron fandom forever. i won’t rest until you’re all miserable btw

need television to give me a character like isaac lahey again. i’m getting bored here
