@Yu_Yura it was in 2022, a guy in my class landed on me while I was playing basketball and I escaped with a bruised ligament in my knee [yes, below the kneecap]

@Yu_Yura they will adjust the crutches to your height. Don't over step, don't under step Don't go wider than your shoulders Take your time You might get a bruise on your elbow like I did
