hi everyone! 
          	
          	i just wanted to leave a little update since it’s been a while.
          	
          	i’m going to be taking a small break from writing for now. i haven’t really been able to write much recently, and between real life getting busier and struggling to finish chapters, i’ve realized that i need to step away for a little bit… 
          	
          	i know i currently have four ongoing stories (and yes, one of them is literally only one chapter away from being finished ), but i promise none of them are abandoned!!! i still care so much about these stories and i really do want to finish them. it’s just that, right now, writing has been harder than usual and i don’t have as much time or motivation as i used to.
          	
          	i think another reason why i’ve been struggling is that, lately, even when it comes to seventeen, i don’t feel the same spark i used to…  i’m still a carat, and i still love them so much, but it feels like something has quietly changed or faded, and honestly, it’s been really frustrating to deal with… maybe that’s also part of why i’ve been having such a hard time continuing to write. i don’t really know, but i wanted to be honest with you guys. ‍♀️
          	
          	i don’t know how long this break will last, but i didn’t want to just disappear without saying anything.
          	
          	i’m posting this same note on my three most-read stories since i know that’s where most of you are, and i wanted to make sure as many readers as possible would see it.
          	
          	thank you so, so much to everyone who has been reading, voting, commenting, and patiently waiting for updates. your support means more to me than you know, and i’m really grateful for every single one of you. 
          	
          	i hope i’ll be back soon.
