Can someone tell me what this is? so basically I slept in a straight position and suddenly I couldn't move and i imagined a scary creature was beside my bed. And my whole body was trembling, I was about to lose my own breath, and I couldn't move my body at all, as if i was tied in chains. I started to lose my breath even more when it got closer and closer. I tried to move my fingers but I couldn't. I tried to move it again and i finally woke up. I couldn't sleep well last night lmao and yes i'm traumatized. I feel like I can't sleep anymore and it has caused me anxiety:)
