Hey everyone,

I'm Gary and I live in "sunny" Scotland.  I love music - it's in every part of my life, from the moment my favourite song wakens me up in the morning on my mobile until I listen to my iPod before I fall asleep at night.  I adore my little black and white cat Socks (he's my profile pic) and love spending chilled out nights with my friends either watching DVDs (I adore the Hunger Games) or just hanging out finding ridiculous YouTube vids!

I want to try and help anyone that has experienced the same worries and stresses in their life that I have - particularly surrounding self-confidence, body image and sexuality.  I hope that any fictions I post in the future will help you realise that you're never alone and there will always be someone out there that understands you. :)

As you read this, I have finally started my transition from being the Gary that I showed the outside world to finally being the Gary that I've always known I was since I was about 14. I'm proud of who I am and have never felt happier in my own skin as I do today. :)

I'm proud to say that I'm gay - it doesn't define me, but I no longer feel that I have to hide it. Be yourself, be happy and screw everything else!!
