I find it heartbreaking when I get a new hyperfixation write 10-15 chapters for a fic for said hyperfixation then wait ages or never to update it....

I find it funny how popularity gets to peoples heads sometimes even in the most friendly communities... there’s an author on here who was kinda rude to me when I asked for help with writing through their conversations and instead of providing me with a simple reply they deleted my message (repeatedly !!) it wasn’t until I contacted them through discord did I find out the reason why... Now I fall into the trap of reading their work unknowingly from time to time—it sucks bc their work is really good and entertaining T-T
