          It’s never struck me until now how different the atmosphere is when Louis isn’t around to fill it. How bright and contagious his energy is, compared to anyone else’s. It’s disturbing and fascinating at the same time.
          
          He’s the walking definition of sunshine, bringing warmth into every room he enters. 
          
          But, even the sun succumbs to the darkness sometimes. It stops shining, and I was there to see it.
          

Hello guys :)) Posted a new chapter just now. I have to be honest with you all because you deserve it. For a while, I’ve been struggling with the decision of whether to continue my book or not, because 1) I hate keeping you guys waiting for a long time to get a new chapter and 2) I don’t have enough free time to write especially when a new semester starts, but when I sat down and tried to imagine a life without birds of a feather, I couldn’t do it. These characters have helped me through hard times in my life, they’re my comfort zone, my escape from reality. It would be so unfair to not give them the ending they deserve. Plus, it seems like this book has become special to so many of you which I could’ve never anticipated. I’m truly grateful and I’m happy that you are happy. But, I want you to also know that I can’t guarantee updating fast like other authors, but I can promise I’ll try my best to post when I can. Thank you for your kindness and patience, it means so much ti me. 

GUYS I’M SINKING IN MY PROJECTS I HAVEN’T OPENED WATTPAD IN SO LONG HIII (sorry no updates on birds of a feather tho I WISH) I keep thinking of unpublishing the book bcs I barely post anymore due to my schedule, and I don’t want to keep you guys hanging for a long time, but at the same time I don’t want to take it away bcs there might be people who likes rereading chapters or smth so I don’t know what to do :( I’m really stuck
