Heyy should I give you an idea for a one shot, so this is how it goes 
          So do a jealous track where a girl enters a house who knows Karan very well and they are best friends ( don’t add any of his ex’s please ) and then write that how Karan is with that girl I mean attending her and then he gives thodha attention to Teja and he makes tea for the girl and forgets to make for teja and after that u can write about how teju was feeling and u can add some aag me ghee :) Baki if u want to add something u can 
          Just I had this idea in my mind
