As a child, I  hated to read or even write papers, or write something period! i had difficulty reading, which was why i hated to read or write because i could not do them. Yes, i could read, but i could not read the thick books that the other kids were already reading. My teachers always noticed this and would always try to get me to read other books, besides the picture books. When i turned 12, i told myself i would read the more difficult books. Overtime, i began to like reading; i could lose myself in a book all day becoming that character and how the book played out. Now, today, i LOVE TO READ, my favorite hobby besides writing, riding my bicycle, swimming, hanging out with family and friends, or enjoying what the day has to offer.
