            giran  taps  the  tip  of  his  shoes  against  the  floor  a  couple  times,  rubbing  the  back  of  his  neck.  compared  to  all  the  other  items  people  have  asked  him  to  get  for  them,  a  gameboy  is  probably  the  easiest  of  the  bunch.  it  should  be  easy  money,  all  things  considered  ..  but  then  again,  kione  would  probably  kill  him  if  he  ever  tried  to  charge  kana  for  a  service  fee.  plus,  the  poor  girl’s  in  a  tough  spot,  anyway.  he’s  not  ⦗ that ⦘  heartless.

            ** an  awkward  smile  crept  on  kana's  lips  at  the  sight:  a  fancy  box  sat  on  the  palms  of  kione's  hands  and  inside  lodged  a  gold  necklace  with  a  heart  pendant.  it  was  definitely  beautiful,  and  kana  appreciated  any  gift  from  a  friend,  but  she  felt  that  this  one  in  particular  was  a  bit  much.  she  doubt  it  would  look  natural  on  someone  like  her. **

            ** kana  blinked,  all  movements  coming  to  a  halt  as  she's  suddenly  stopped  by  a  stranger.  a  slow  pout  grows  on  her  lips,  feeling  a  little  insulted.  it's  not  like  she  was  about  to  do  anything  /wrong/  —  she  was  simply  looking.  she  doesn't  put  up  a  fight,  however,  placing  the  object  back  to  where  it  was. **

            akihiko  takes  a  moment  to  admire  the  night  sky,  watching  each  star  above  glint  like  a  lighthouse.  if  not  for  the  cold,  he  would've  stayed  outside  too.  but  now  that  his  friend  is  out  here,  he  decides  to  stick  around.  he  tears  his  gaze  away  from  the  sky,  walking  over  to  sit  next  to  kana.  he  doesn't  get  too  close  though,  opting  to  maintain  distance  between  them;  despite  being  friends  for  a  while  now,  he  could  still  get  a  little  wary  of  intruding  someone's  personal  space.
