Ok so can we just stop staring at people for no reason?
Like I was in the city today and I felt great because I liked my outfit but then everybody stared at me like there was something wrong with me and I spent 2 fricking hours almost having a panikattack because I thought something was wrong. I also always get paranoid when I’m listening to music in public because maybe I make some weird noises and.... Also can we just normalize not judging people or talking shite about them when they are in the same room and just generally?
          	Ok I’m done now

Thank you for your advice and kind words! I try to be more confident, and sometimes it kinda works.

@silenced-angels Well, they might have been spacing out. Or they might have thought that there was something cool about you. I do that a lot with strangers, I'll be looking at their hair, or eyes, or a t shirt or something. If that's the case, they might even be plucking up the courage to give a compliment! Yeah, they might think something was off, but I think it's much more likely that there was something about you that they liked. I know it's hard to think that, especially because of anxiety, but it's more likely. You should tell yourself that anyways, becuase it can help you be a little more confident (even with anxiety). I used to feel similarly, until I realised that even if people didn't like me, I like me. And it doesn't matter if a stranger doesn't like how you dress. What matters is that you feel happy and confident in yourself. If they don't like that, that's their problem, you know? They're not being a kind person, which everyone should strive to be (in my opinion). Most likely, you'll never even see them again. So try not to worry about what other people think (as hard as it can be).
