So… apparently I took a small writing hiatus 
          But I’m back, and Chapter 21 is finally here.

CHAPTER 18 IS LIVE GUUUUUUYYS!!
          
          I know, I know — it’s been a minute  (last update was in August ). Thank you for being so patient with me, truly. Your messages and excitement kept me going while I worked on this one.
          
          And I promise… it was worth the wait. 
          
          In this chapter, Lia’s night takes a turn she never expected. Memories she’s fought to bury start clawing back, the squad sees her at her most vulnerable, and Santo… well. Let’s just say you’ll feel every heartbeat.
          
          This is a turning point — things are about to get messy and nothing will ever be the same after this.

Little change of plans, peeps! 
          I had written 3 new chapters, but honestly… I wasn’t happy with the direction the story was taking.  So I’ve decided to rewrite them!
          
          That means the next update will take a little longer, but I’ll let you know as soon as a new chapter is ready. 
          
          In the meantime, I’d love to hear from you:
           What do you like (or not like) about the story so far?
          Do you think the chapters are too long, too short, or just right?
