I write to explain myself.
When my vocal cords fail me,
pencil & paper (or tbh my computer) can see inside of me.
Words appear on the paper reflecting thoughts that have not even broached my mind.
Much of my writing comes from my feelings rooted from the chronic pain issues I face. Do I embellish? Yes, but to please, you, you the reader of my scribble. Embellish for you, exaggerate for you, in some senses a writer is just another type of civil servant, here to please you.
