As an update to the couple of people checking up on me, yes I have been delayed a bit longer. The family health issue took a turn for the worse for a while. It is now starting to work itself back out so I hope to get back to my stories in July. I am sorry for the delay, but I will finish the current story and begin posting my next one. Life has just been in the way for a bit this year.

Due to some family health issues my plan to finish the issue with weddings has been delayed. I do expect to have it the rest completed and ready for posting in a couple of weeks.

So while I was proof reading and publishing the chapters in bulk my feelings for the idea came back and over came my feeling surrounding things that have happened between the 2 people in this story in real life. So I have decided to make a change on The issue with Weddings. I have decided not to just cut it off at the point of leaving for the trip and losing the last arc. But since that part is only half done and I am not really happy with the second or third parts of it, I am going to rewrite them and then finish it before posting it. So it will be a week or 2 delay in the final set of chapters for this story.

OK I have a new fic that will be being posted Tomorrow and Friday. I am going to try to finish it as it has 2 chapters left to finish off the last arc, but do to some drama that has just happened between the 2 people I put into this AU fanfiction (one guess on the former couple.lol) I am having a hard time writing it now. So I might end up cutting off the last arc and just writing an end scene and cut it off after chapter 17/18 before that arc started. I might need to find another pair of people I can throw into these situations because I am losing faith in one of the people I have been using. Anyway, expect this to get posted in 2 days. I plan to post half the story tomorrow and half the next day, or maybe just all the chapters on Friday.  Depends on how fast I can do a proof read.

So Christmas Break is done. The last 2 chapters are in draft to be proofed and then opened up. So it will be 31 chapters when finished. There are tentative plans for a sequel but I am unsure when I will start on it because I also want to get back to my other paused story... If I can find my outline for it again. Otherwise I will have to read it and then rethink the direction to recreate it. I remember the basic idea of what I wanted to cover, but I need to find my real outline to remember how I planned to flow through them. So that many be little while.

FYI. I have been delayed in updating for the last week. Sorry about that. I have had some things in life going on. I should be back on schedule this week with Christmas break. There should be a chapter tomorrow and then one in a few days. I just need to finish the proof reading on both of them to have them ready to open up from draft.

So someone has asked me why in Christmas break there seems to be so much happening really quickly. The answer is... It is showing major changes happening in days, not weeks or months. Think like the statement "what a difference a day can make".  The problem with that is there is a lot happening each day, sort of like a lighter version of that show 24. This means that like Christmas eve is 3 chapters, Christmas day is 3 chapters because I am trying to keep the chapters small enough to be good length reads but not huge. I personally like long chapters when I read, but I know most people like shorter more manageable lengths so that is what I try to stick to when posting these. A day is 24 hours long and in life a lot can change in that time if you really think about it. This story is based around that.  The sequel to it will be more spaced. It will have more glossing over days and months, but this part of the story is suppose to be about a life changing event and the massive waves that it causes in a short period of time. 
          
          Anyway. I am just happy some people seem to like the story.

As an FYI, I am right now concentrating on Christmas Break. I have put CritSit on hold for a while. I will get back to it once Christmas Break is completed. It was getting to hard to keep the 2 stories separate in my head with ideas.  
          
          Basically Christmas break will cover until the beginning of the new semester in mid Jan. Then it will be completed. That arc will be completed, not the whole story. I already have some bits and pieces written up for the sequel as the story continuation. The ideas just need to be fully fleshed out when I get there.
          
          I admit that I have slowed down writing a little. My view of one of the main characters I have adapted in my story took a little bit of a hit lately with some things that I have seen. But I am doing my best not to let it effect how I want these stories to go and how I am portraying them. 
          
          I also have been working on getting a few posts ahead so that I am not crunched when work or life gets busy. I have decided to drop to 2 or 3 posts a week. I am currently still 2 posts ahead just needing me to proof them again before opening them up for people and the next three chapters I have to write are already outlined and I have started on them. 
          
          One word of warning. I was asked by someone to add in some attempts at adult activities into the story so they will be coming up. I am sure people picked up on the added physical/emotional feelings I put into a few pieces already. When I reach the big attempts I will make the sections clearly marked and they can be skipped without missing anything in the story.  But I am doing my best to not write them as some kind of smut. That isn't me. I am really trying to keep it as classy as I can to portray feelings and emotions more then acts themselves. It's all a new to me so we have to see how well I do. 
          
          I hope everyone in the US had a good holiday with everything that is going on. Let's all hope that next year will be a step back up from where we are now.

OK. So my first story idea and writing attempt that started in 'The day they thought would never come' and the extended epilogue 'Moments in life' has been completed. One day I will need to go back and reread it to fix the remaining typos. I do my best to catch them all but I know some slip through. 
          Anyway, I am pretty happy that I saw the idea through to the end since when I read Kitziiee's story I had no idea who Jack and Gabrielle were and had never thought of trying to write anything.

OK, final stretch for moments in life. I only have 1 or 2 more chapters to finish up the epilogue. Honestly it wasn't suppose to go on this long. My original plan just covered, pregnancy, first child, graduation, second child, and 1 thing in the future. The other fill in chapters just kind of evolved.  I want to finish this one this week so I can put it to rest for a while and work on Critsit and the newer Christmas Break.
