Hi there, and welcome to 'Fossil Fools'.
We are in the midst of a Climate Emergency caused by the burning of fossil fuels, (mainly oil, coal and gas) releasing CO2 into the atmosphere. 

Not many people realise that  oil is made from the fossil remains of Jurassic sea life. The creatures we evolved from.

I became super interested in the fossils in  fossil fuel. What were their lives like? What happens to their spirits when we burn their 'black blood'?

I had this realisation on a flight gazing out of the window and seeing Jurassic skeletons flying out of the jet engine!

Fossil Fools is a small contribution to helping people wake up to the reality of burning oil and coal and releasing CO2 into the atmosphere. 

We need to find a new way to live in harmony with all living things.

I am the 6th of 7 children and grew up surrounded by brothers. I know a thing or two about sibling rivalry! 
This is reflected in the story of Jasper and Adam.

As a child I was obsessed with fossils and crystals and took a hammer with me wherever I went. I was once told off for bringing it into Stone Henge!

I loved hunting for them in the Welsh Hills and down on the southern coast of England. To my parent's despair, the car boot would be full of specimens  to be taken back to our home in London.

The fossils in fossil fuel were living creatures, our ancestors, from which we evolved. I hope you agree, we need to stop incinerating our ancestors and find a different path.
