UGH i got SOOO close with shifting yesterday. Like I felt like I was there but still I didn't succeed. gonna try again soon, maybe today :)

ive gotten so close with shifting last week! even heard noises from my DR :) will try again today and i'll let u guys now what method i used and all that :)
