Yo just coming back and reading your profile (cuz I haven't in like a realllllly long time). I live in South Florida and dude you can make a shít ton of money being a plastic surgeon in places like here or California.

There are some places like that here, like most of Miami and Pompano Beach, but yeah I love it down here. It's not cheap to live down here tho, ya gotta have some money or some connections. Only reason I can live down her is cuz my landlord is a close family friend and I only gotta pay like 500 a month for a decent sized apartment. But man, I've known (like I've babysat their bratty kids) doctors and plastic surgeons with fvcking mansions right on the beach. So if you go that way you'll be set for fvcking life man.
