hello to the people who read my story "sleeves" ! I
          've recently made the decision to finally put the book to rest as I realise how depressed and unhealthy my past mindset was. I don't want to be responsible for putting others in a depressive episode or to trigger something so if you did enjoy the book or found it comforting to find someone with similar feelings  you had , as my character did, I hope you know I'm always here to talk or if not me you should talk to someone about the thoughts in your head. someone you can trust of course.
