            How much time do you spend looking at a screen? The lights from screens can cause serious headaches.
            And have you tried warm teas? Teas can help well, too. And usually for me, Ibuprofen helps my headaches. Though if you have any allergies to that, then I guess that wouldn't be an option.
            Also, maybe it's a bed or pillow issues? Sometimes those can cause horrible headaches. And if it goes for days, it may mean you're having sleeping issues. Basically, neck issues can cause head issues. Though I'm no doctor, just speaking from experience.
