i have to add more detail in and finish it up but i’m not kidding when i say i was writing it and truly feeling via’s emotions and had to stop because i couldn’t see my screen through the tears, idk how other authors do it without literally FEELING how the character is

            Via hurried towards his form on the ground, hands desperately pressing against his stomach even though she couldn’t even tell where the blood was coming from. He let out a choked gasp, which meant he was alive, which meant she could still save him.
            
            “It’s okay. You’re okay, you’re fine, Alex,” she whispered frantically, almost forcing it to be true as she brushed his hair back from his tear-soaked face. “Just—just keep breathing, you’re going to be okay.”
            
            “Liv,” he said, barely, hand reaching up to grab onto her, every breath feeling like the worst torture imaginable. “I’m not—” he said, cut off with a strangled breath, head falling back against the floor. 
            
            “No, stop. Don’t do that,” she said, and she felt Steve kneeling beside her, the others hovering behind. She didn’t even know when they’d gotten over here. Was Eleven safe now? “You’re okay. I refuse to accept that you’re not. Don’t fucking give up, or I swear I’ll murder you myself.”
            
            Alex let out a weak laugh, and Via continued to try to hold his wound closed, her hands soaked in his blood.
            
            “I’m sorry. I’m so sorry, Alex. I was supposed to protect you, God, it was my job to protect you from this. I should’ve gotten you out—” she said, choked up, and Alex’s brow only furrowed, eyes slipping shut.
            
            “You did protect me. You always do.” 
            
            And then his breathing changed, and his face went paler, and Via shook her head quickly, hands moving around more frantically. 
            
            “Livvy, I—” he had started to say, and then his fingers loosened from where they’d held hers, and his head lolled to the side, and Via’s head dropped.

@siriusirl no literally, i don't love every single thing every character does ! sometimes characters can be annoying, and i don't hate them for it ?
            and hating jules more than phil graham is insane bc one of them is a literal abuser ?  jules' worst crime is being mildly annoying a couple times :/ phil is far worse lets be so real here. pack UP the transphobia it's not cute 
            
            plus, just a side note, depending on how big fifth line is jules could be making money off of the page. idk if it's big enough, it might not be, but like... it's very possible, and that would further explain why jules always takes their phone out, bc we know money isn't something the logan family has in excess like garrett or dean

@lilacwriterr no exactly & even as someone who read the books, i think the series is so different anyways that THAT being the thing they’re nitpicky about is so strange. & honestly, i think they’re a good addition for logan’s character? like esp in showing his feelings for hannah this season, i think they were needed in order for him to have someone to talk to!!! i think the hate on them + tucker is just giving something strange 

also just realized i started both of those with RIGHT??? so if you can’t tell what my fave phrase is LOL

@lovelywxtch | apparently she’s very biphobic/lesbophobic & fetishizing of wlw relationships even though she said she’s not interested in writing a wlw relationship </3 i hardly remember the books but i reread some of the quotes people were complaining about & it’s like ugh??? genuinely why do authors struggle to have two girls being together w/o making it seem like it’s free porn for guys like omg
