Hello, mom! Welcome to Wattpad, just gonna go over a few things here. THIS is your message board, people can comment and you can talk with them (like me). The next board over is your activity board. It shows when you add books to a reading list, follow someone, comment on stories, and vote on stories.
Your PRIVATE LIBRARY is a list of books (which you can add to and change) which only YOU can see. Reading lists are lists (made by you) that others can see. They're also a great way to organize your books.
Now when you write a book, others can only see it when you publish it. You pick a category for it, and add some tags so others can discover it easily. Also, you can WRITE WHATEVER YOU WANT.
