Fic research: Americans please explain how university (what you call college) works for you? Because from tv it seems like you don’t pick a subject, you just pick classes and they’re really random? But then how do you get a degree in whatever subject it is? (Eg I went to uni for history and for 3 years that’s what all my classes were related to)

What they said! + When people take random classes they’re usually electives. My most random elective was Aerobics lol. My mom took photography and glass blowing courses.
