i just realized
          my life is actually so shitty

          i’ve been cutting myself since i was 12. 
          it never stopped
          well it did, because my mom took everything away
          but the urge grew bigger
          and stronger 
          and i relapsed 
          
          for three months i had to be looked after and everyone had to check on my arms/legs everyday
          
          then, i had to do a thing with a neuropsychologist for almost a month
          in which they saw some of my strange ways to react to stuff
          such as adhd
          
          i still haven’t been diagnosed but next month ill probably be doing some meetings with people
          
          my parents are now separated
          it was February 14th 2026 
          so 6 days ago
          on valentines day they broke up and made me realize that no love does last forever
          they still care for each other and i love them
          
          i couldn’t ask for more amazing parents like them
          
          but look at me
          even if my life is horrible and i still overthink, 
          i’m glad for so many things 
          
          my friends 
          my online friends
          the city i live in
          that warm tea you sip in the morning with cookies
          the sun smiling down at you at 7:15am 
          that one shell i took and kept in my pocket for months 
          music 
          anime
          shows
          my hair
          my body
          the smile i do that i once hated
          reading
          and more <3
          
          i’m glad to be alive 
          live the life you want to live
