So, I cried today. My mom took me to target to get a swimsuit cause I outgrew mine. I told my mom some of the options here are too short for my liking. She replied with 'its just because you dont like your body'. Here to remind you we are in a public area, were there is people. I tried so hard not to cry. But I did. When I tried to walk away she said to come with her to look around some more.
She dosent know about how I feel about it or how it affects me.
It sucks and hurts.

@midnight_flxwers I'm so sorry. I was in a similar situation where I was self-conscious about my body, but my mom still respects me for certain things that I'm insecure about. I hope you feel better soon. Just know that you are not alone in this. Your mom needs to apologize for humiliating you in public.
Your mom shouldnt have humilliated you in public.i was in those situations as well and it feels terrible.know that im always here for you xd :)
