Oh look, an update.

skyebmewrites

Hello hello hello!
I've decided to branch out from Wattpad a bit, only took a decade but here we go. You can now find me on Lutionary and Ream under skyebmewrites where the rewritten version of Cape Crossed it going up two chapters a week. From now on those are the only places second drafts will be going. This has been a great place for that initial introduction and workshopping but I'm looking to push boundaries and improve beyond that. So there's that.

Actually I decided if they’re going to be free on other sites the second draft will go up here too, because I can’t make up my mind apparently

It feels like someone with actual focus capabilities possesses my body today, because 3k words written in one day is not my normal. I’m usually pretty happy with just a tidy 1k. This means Song of Loss is at 12k and definitely ready for the next ONC milestone. Yay!

@skyebme That's great! I'm still trying to write the first 2000.

And we’ve started the new week of updates because for some reason I started them on a Saturday! Broken Glass today, Sunset Hills tomorrow and the rest to follow.
Will I have any semblance of proper sleep through February? Probably not.
Chuggin along on those ONCs and thinking next year I really will do only one.
          ….or two.

Since notifications are wonky and tags are following their lead, I’m going to just do a quick info blast at y’all.
I have five ONC entries, they’re all up in varying degrees and for the rest of February they update as follows.
Saturday: Broken Glass (Dark Cinderella retelling and I’m finally getting to the evil turn)
Sunday: The Problem at Sunset Hills (Vampire meets magic meets secret evil society)
Monday: The Song of Loss (High fantasy set in the same world as The Wyvern’s Gift and featuring my DnD Bard character)
Tuesday: On the Wing (Dragon shifter meets the year 2023)
Wednesday: It Takes Two to Mango (Romance and angst)

So that is what I have to share, and now you know.
