The feeling of losing someone is strange. Most of the time you’ll hear people say that the pain will heal in time, but the reality is that we never fully heal. The hole is still there, and the trauma of that experience will haunt you. But all we are really doing is learning how to cope with losing what we once had. Eventually we get used to sleeping on our own again, or not considering that person in your everyday choices. We still feel empty, but we just learn to live with it.
