do people actually mind if some stories don't have a prologue? when i plan/write a fic, i sometimes feel like it isn't always necessary/there is legit nothing to write for one based on where the story starts

@Melbell_914 yea, that's how i view it! i write a prologue when i have a solid idea of it and feel good about it, but if not, i skip it. the fic i started writing recently doesn't feel like it needs one, so it probably won't get one lolll
