Recovering is hard and sometimes we mess up but that doesn’t mean you should give up. Relapsing is a part of recovery so dont be discouraged by it. Its okay to struggle ml as long as you keep trying to get better. Your so strong for trying so dont ever forget that and this doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Remember you did it before so you can do it again. If you ever feel this way again and need someone to talk to my dms are open. Its never a bother so dont feel that way.
