Fudgy Brownies
          
          Ingredients:
          
          ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
          
          1 cup (200g) white sugar
          
          2 large eggs
          
          1 tsp vanilla extract
          
          ⅓ cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
          
          ½ cup (65g) all-purpose flour
          
          ¼ tsp salt
          
          ¼ tsp baking powder
          
          
          Optional (for extra chocolatey brownies):
          
          ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks
          
          ½ cup chopped nuts
