My girlfriend sent me 2 videos of her S/H herself, I was with my 2 friends when she sent it. One of my friends took my phone and started telling her how triggering those videos are and my other friend texted my girlfriend about how f -ed up those videos were.
All my girlfriend is texting me is “I’m sorry.” And no matter what I say she just keeps repeating it. She knows my past trauma with S/H and how much it affects me. She’s been texting me but I can’t bring myself to respond. Wtf do I do

@slimy_sludge you don't have to respond right away, think of what to respond, if you can't speak through call then you can speak through text. No matter what make sure you are BOTH comfortable. You are both not okay and you both need each other right now so make sure she, and you are both comfortable while talking. Don't, breakdown while talking to her, you might, but don't, you are gonna be fine, SHE is gonna be fine, sorry for responding late
