Hi, I just wanted to let you guys know about my plans for the future of “Cruel Summer” and other projects I am working on. 
          
          Firstly, I graduate on June 1st which means I have most of my final exams next week. I am currently busy with a lot of school related obligations, but I am also working on writing stories or at least writing ideas I can work on eventually.
          
          Currently, “Cruel Summer” is on hiatus as I edit the current chapters and write the remaining chapters. I personally like the current story, but I don’t feel completely in love with it. Over the months my writing has changed quite a bit and I want to be completely in love with my work. I will be updating the story on here as well as my AO3 (same user). 
          
          With that said, I am working on making the chapters longer, in the perspective of Clyde (occasionally Josie), and with more thought out details. I felt like in the current story I tell rather than show the events. I want it to make sense what I am trying to convey while keeping you entertained. I have also been trying my best to envision each character; their likes, dislikes, hobbies, and backstories. 
          
          I hope you all are doing well, and if you are a student as well I wish you luck on your final exams and assignments! 

Just a little update for you all:
          
          I am finishing up my final exams. I should be done with everything tomorrow afternoon. 
          
          With that said, I have outlined the next chapter of Cruel Summer. I am going to be visiting a university on Saturday and plan to write on my way there, back, and once I get home. 
          
          I should be able to publish the second chapter on Sunday night. Otherwise, it will be published on Monday.

It's been a while.
          
          The summer of 2021 did not go as I had planned. I was being overworked and barely had time to myself. Once school began, I was even more overwhelmed. I finally have more personal time and should this entire year.
          
          Recently, I began to work on a few of my projects from last year. I plan to have the first chapter of one released by this weekend as well as the first *updated* chapter of "Amortentia" by next week! 
          
          I hope you are all just as excited as I am. :D

For anyone wondering,
          
          I have unpublished both fanfictions I was working on, including Amortentia. Writing began to felt like an undesirable task rather than an enjoyable hobby. I have been busy with school, and already feel unmotivated by that, which made updating the stories complicated.
          
          This summer I plan to write more frequently. I will be able to actively engage with readers and the stories I was working on. Right now my life is too chaotic to do so.
          
          I hope you all understand my decision to unpublish my stories and wait to see my progress this summer (beginning on June 7). :)

Hello! I want to welcome the new followers and readers from my fanfiction "Amortentia".
          
          Each chapter will take me at most a week to complete, as I want it to be of high quality. I also have a life (I know, shocking) and can not constantly write. I hope you understand. 
          
          For now, I just want to thank you all for the overwhelming support. I did not expect to grab the attention of as many people as I did.
          
          I am currently working on the next chapter. The first one was shorter than I'd prefer, but I wanted to have a separate chapter for the first few days of school (the next chapter).
          
          Again, thank you and I hope you enjoy the story!
