hello all!
it saddens me to announce that “lydia” has been permanently deleted off of wattpad. this was a decision made by wattpad that i have and/or had no control over.
i came up with the idea for “lydia” when i was nineteen years old and quite literally just feeling silly one night. i grew up reading wattpad, mostly fan fictions, so i knew some wattpad etiquette. however i was unaware that writing about certain topics (including kidnapping & abusive behavior) is against the rules, alongside being unaware that i should be keeping copies of all of my works as well.
this being said, i have no copies of the book that many of you love, and i am not only disappointed in myself for not saving it, but disappointed in wattpad for not giving any sort of warning for this before permanently removing it so i could’ve changed my storyline & prevented it.
anywho, i am so grateful for each and every one of you that have contributed to the “lydia” series, and i have enjoyed my time with you guys so much. i hope to continue writing one day very soon, after i do some reasearch on how to be a writer on here forreal
if anyone has any tips of how to recover my works, i would be more than appreciative. either way, thank you, and i truly do love you all
