@slytherrr_queen ok so during July my friends and I’s favourite band Ateez was going to a place six hours away from us (one of our friends lives in the states and was flying in to see them while my other friend and I live in the same area). My US friend bought us VIP front row tickets that included vip merch and the sound check as well. We had three months to prepare for the concert, the concert was in the states while my friend and I live in Canada just across the border where the concert was happening. I convinced my parents after two and a half months that I should go, I had to get my passport and everything situated, which I did in time for the concert. All that was left to do was book the hotel. My US friend had already got the plane tickets and stuff. So my friend that lives in the same area as me said that they could go for the past three months, then all of a sudden a WEEK AND A HALF before the concert, they say that they can’t go. This was a huge shock to us so we tried everything that we could to try and get them to go. But they said that they didn’t actually have their passport stuff sorted EVEN THOUGH they had THREE MONTHS to do it, they waited until just over a week to do it after telling us for three months that they could go. So to cut this short cause I’ll rant. I couldn’t go cause they couldn’t go, our US friend ended up going after lots of persuasion and fixes and they had an amazing time. But I missed out on going to see my favourite band preform live with hip front row tickets. I still haven’t forgiven my hometown friend for dropping out last minute. I regret not going so much but I can’t do anything now. Now there is another concert happening sometime in the middle of next year. And I plan on attending it no matter what. So yeah, thank u for attending my TedTalk :)

i truly have been meaning to update. sadly a friend of a friend OD’d yesterday at the mall and it was really traumatic for us all to see and be there for. i promise updates will be soon but rn i need to prioritise being there for the people around me. Love y’all!!

awww sorry for the late reply omg I totally forgot. next day my exes bsf's gf (sorry thats confusing) also OD'd so its been crazy on my end. Im glad ur Aunt is doing better!! xx

That’s great to hear that he’s doing okay, my Aunt went through the same sorta thing just about a year ago and she is still dealing with a lot of issues that the od caused her but she’s been doing much better recentl! :)

thankkk you for ur concern, good news is he's alive and i think getting treated at the hospital. i was lucky in a way since i only got there once the ambulance came but my ex was there for ages and everyone else ran and left the unwell guy there but my ex stayed with him. definitely traumatic for my friends more but all will be well i hope :)
