Sara grew up in the Andes Mountains of Ecuador, and now makes her home among the endless cornfields of Indiana with her husband and two young children. She has four dogs, a cat named Blue, and five chickens--which are really fierce raptors at heart. She has been a dino-lover and Jurassic Park fangirl since the franchise began. 
Sara is also a YA author of the dystopian BLACK TIGER SERIES and the science fiction novel THE VANISHING SPARK OF DUSK.
