2 days ago, my younger cousin, 2 baby nieces and I were in my aunt's house and some random guy walked in on us with a gun, took our phones and my cousin's iPad. He threatened to kill us if we made any noise. I had to stay calm at the moment because I was the oldest one there, but I still can't help panicking and crying when I talk about it. I have to be home by myself today and I'm scared. I want to regress but I don't even know how to do it rn... I need company but I have no one to ask... My brother thinks I'm dumb because of it.. Help....
