Does anyone have any tips for summer depression? It’s literally so bad I can barely get out of bed these days.

What helps me when summer depression hits me is to do easy indoor activities that I love doing like reading books and watching shows until I feel good enough to do some of the outside summer things I like to do like swim and catch fireflies
