Whatever you're going through or whatever mental illnesses you're suffering with; this is your reminder that you will make it through, you will recover, you WILL be happy. Recovery is possible and you DESERVE to recover. Three years ago I was a suicidal wreck diagnosed with enough mental illnesses and suicide attempts to count on both hands - today I am 9 months clean and recovered from depression, PTSD and EDNOS. When I say that you will recover, I do not say it blindly or naively. I have been where you are and I have survived. You will too. You got this kid, trust me, you got this.
