          If you feel pressure, like you have to meet everyone’s expectations, or if you blame yourself, please know you are not alone. It’s okay to feel sad, tired, or stressed. Take a break if you need to. Be kind to yourself. You don’t have to be perfect.
          
          Your feelings are real and important. It’s okay to ask for help and to take care of yourself. You are doing your best, and that is enough.
