So I'm new to thinking about shifting.
It sounds fun, but it also sounds scary.
So any tips, and things to do/not do when trying to shift?
Does it affect my CR at all?

So I tried the raven method I think it's called for shifting, every time I counted I said an affirmation like you said but as I was counting from 16 to 26 I had a really have weight on my chest and each time I counted further it'd just get harder to breath, is this normal?
And after 100 I still felt like it wasn't enough so I counted a bit more I made sure not move from position but for some reason my body went into a big jolt (My mind prob went asleep faster then body if I did fall asleep)
And for a script could you post a reference of how to write one for begginers or something? Just a suggestion

@13spirit_Rey I'm so sorry for the late reply, but yes, having weight on your chest is completely normal and it's considered a shifting sign! You don't have to count to just 100, you can count to 150, 200, whatever you want!
I do have a link in one of my chapters that is a link for a shifting script! When I find it I'll give it to you as soon as possible if you can't find it!
