TLDR: Reading Loving You: I want to make a quick stop to personally congratulate you.
Warning: It may sound like a diss. But it's not. Hear me out.
Your English isn't that of a native English speakers (I mean, I am not one either but hear me out). And by this I mean that you have bad grammar. Or maybe you're just young?? I don't know your story and I'm not here to judge you on it, but I'm sure it's no secret to you as well.
At least in that book. Maybe it's old? Idk. I haven't read the rest or finished this one.
But.
You didn't let that set it as an excuse for not writing. You write. You try. And boy do you have great ideas, and a mansion (aka lots of room) for improvement.
Keep doing what you're doing. Keep exercising your English speaking brain. And you'll see that not only your language but also your writing will improve. And that's amazing considering your writing is already great.
To be honest, I'm the type of person to give stories with multiple grammatical errors a hard pass. I just get annoyed But dude, your story is worth it despite the errors in verb tenses, spelling, etc.
