@one_moree_chapterr I was actually planning to give her and many other authors a chance. I even picked a story, but back to back things happened, first, my internal math exam notification dropped in my college WhatsApp group. When I checked it, I realized the exam was near, so I started preparing. Then, I got sick for like two to three weeks and completely forgot about it. But now, I just encountered this, something that made me realize, that author doesn't even care about her loyal readers. If she can ignore them, then I'm basically nothing to her as a new reader. And I was like, No, no, no. I am NOT about to torture myself over this. I always thought the relationship between an author and their readers was something beautiful. I believed all bookish girls in this world were kind and supportive of each other. But damn, things have changed. It's not like that anymore, it's getting uglier day by day. When I first got into this, this platform wasn't this toxic but ohh- the toxic population.

@one_moree_chapterr Exactly! I've stopped getting emotionally invested in authors on Wattpad now. I have encountered many authors who publicly shame their readers on Wattpad. Now, I just focus on finished stories, read, vote, comment, and move on. No more like " no o want to read, I want to read other part and all" If it is complete then I will read it, otherwise move on is not necessary. I don't pour all my energy in like I do for Keevee. She's actually a genius and such a sweet person. Oh, and there's one more author I'd recommend, Ginny. She doesnt have a huge audience, but her stories are really good. Even Keevee recommended her a long time ago, so you should check her out.

@one_moree_chapterr The author basically said, "I never asked you to vote or comment. You did that on your own. You chose to be here, so I dont owe you anything." Basically, she's saying she doesn't care about what readers think. Yeah, she has the right to say that, but saying it to someone who's politely requesting is just unnecessary. Think about the emotional investment of those readers, people who voted, commented, and genuinely loved her story. Most readers just read and leave without engaging, but these loyal ones actually supported her. And now she's basically dismissing them like they never mattered. That's just messed up. The way she handled it was straight, up unprofessional, like D tier level. And yeah, someone will probably take this as an insult instead of actually growing from it, well it's insult I did it intentionally lol ...but whatever. I'm just making a valid point with my criticizing point. Plus, I'm not even invested in her story, yet I can still see how wrong she is. She was just weird and seriously unprofessional.

          The ancient book of Ruth is reimagined, through my eyes and maybe you'd be interested to see the way I envision it.✨❤️

          ✨️

          ~~~~~~~~~~
          Ruth, a Moabite women, rejected by her own, after a certain incident, quietly searches for the comfort of true love but in every man's eyes and arms, there is no ease or truth or love until she meets Boaz..
          But before that, it's downhill through the terrains and pain of life. Losing her loved ones, marrying a man, and entering into a unfruitful marriage that lasts a decade and so much more.
          Through it all Ruth finds that the love she desires has always been pouring out of her heart, given to those around her. It's always been waiting in the country Israel for her to know and learn of the name Yahweh.✨
          The desire of love is engraved in every heart, but for others it burns and longs, alot more deeper, bleeding open and leaving scars.
Actually, I've been sick, and now for the next two months, I'll be busy with exams and form stuff. By the way, are you talking about the story I created or the one I’m reading?
@Baburaoyadgir Aww, that's so sweet. No one has ever said something like that to me before. Yeah, I remember you.
