@softbvgwp Go with your instinct. Allow room for him to grow and trust Alayla, just like when he grew to trust the group in the beginning. I like his friendship with Connie because it felt genuine. Maybe a friendship in the beginning, that turns romantic once trust and loyalty is solidified.
