I always say i'm gonna make it and the mom of my friend frouo says I'm strong, but i'm just- i'm about to give up, why is life so hard?

I hate my life so fucking much, my dog got lost and now i'm having problems with my self esteem and weight. It's beem 4 days simce my dog got lost and in 3 days it's gonna be a week and i just- bye i'm gonna go cry myself to sleep i guess
