Dave’s daughter, violet, confirmed that Virginia Grohl passed away in late July. Rest In Peace to an absolute legend. She seemed so wise, kind, and open-hearted throughout her life. Her contributions in the realm of music, literature, and teaching will be remembered fondly. I hope Dave and his entire family are doing as well as they can in the midst of such a tragedy.
